On this edition of Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review with Joel Weisman, Mayor Rahm Emanuel makes a rare trip to Springfield to push legislators for pension reform. Meanwhile, lawmakers pass a bill killing free health care for state retirees, including themselves, teachers and judges. Sen. Mark Kirk releases his first video since his stroke in January, showing his intense rehabilitation. Chicagoans are told to brace for troublesome NATO Summit traffic, as Loop workers are encouraged to dress like demonstrators to avoid confrontations. The city’s Museum Campus will also close for three days. And in sports, the injury-riddled Bulls struggle without Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah.
