Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review: 3/6

On this edition of Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review with Paris Schutz, the mayoral runoff campaign heats up. A new television ad features Rahm Emanuel admitting, "I can rub people the wrong way," while challenger Jesús "Chuy" García blasts Emanuel for his fiscal policies over the past four years. CPS reverses course and mandates that all of its schools participate in the controversial PARCC standardized test. And in sports, after harsh February weather caused more construction delays, the Cubs seek city permission for round-the-clock Wrigley Field renovations. And, the Blackhawks contend with off-the-ice drama as a blog-fueled firestorm erupts over Patrick Sharp's personal life.
