Renée Fleming Reflects on 25 Years with Lyric Opera

One of the world’s most renowned opera singers is marking a landmark anniversary in Chicago.
Superstar soprano Renée Fleming made her Lyric Opera of Chicago debut 25 years ago just as she was emerging as one of the opera world’s most celebrated voices. In more recent years, Fleming has taken on added roles with the company, becoming its first-ever creative consultant.
