No ‘L’ Trains Will Run in the Loop This Weekend, Subway Service Unaffected

Chicago's Loop will be quieter this weekend, with “L” service suspended to above-ground stations due to track maintenance.
No “L” trains will run in the Loop from 4 a.m. Saturday through 2 a.m. Monday. Red and Blue Line subway service will be unaffected.

Affected stations: Clark/Lake, State/Lake, Washington/Wabash, Adams/Wabash, Library, LaSalle/Van Buren, Quincy, and Washington/Wells
Affected lines:
Green — rail service between Harlem and Clinton, and between Roosevelt and 63rd Street only. Shuttle buses between Roosevelt and Clinton.
Orange — rail service between Midway and Roosevelt only. Shuttle buses between Roosevelt and Clinton
Brown — rail service between Kimball and Merchandise Mart only. Shuttle buses between Merchandise Mart and Library.
Pink — service rerouted to the Blue Line after Polk.
