Two Chicago studies are showing that following a few basic nutrition principles can keep your brain agile and your heart strong as well as keeping your weight down.
Joining us to talk about their studies are Dr. Martha Clare Morris, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush Medical College; and Dr. Monica Peek, associate professor of medicine at University of Chicago and associate director, Chicago Center for Diabetes Translational Research at University of Chicago Medicine.
