Chicago Tonight Participates in Chicago Community Trust Initiative

As part of the Chicago Community Trust’s On The Table, Chicago Tonight correspondents Eddie Arruza, Elizabeth Brackett, and Brandis Friedman hosted dinners with area residents on Tuesday. We hear from them and the dinner guests about the conversations they shared.

Last year, 11,000 neighbors gathered around 1,000 tables to share a meal on one evening as part of the Chicago Community Trust’s initiative, On The Table. We hope you’ll join us for another meal together on May 12, 2015 – and this time, the conversations will focus on honoring and inspiring the philanthropist in each one of us.

Chicago Tonight Takes Part in New Community Initiative

Elizabeth Brackett, Eddie Arruza and Brandis Friedman participated in the Chicago Community Trust initiative called On the Table. Last night they hosted three dinner-and-discussion forums.

As a WTTW viewer, we know you care about our community and its issues. As part of the Chicago Community Trust initiative, On the Table, 10,000 people across the region will share a meal on May 12 to discuss ideas about the future of the Chicago region.
