Dold Concedes to Schneider

In one of the nation's closest races, the 10th District Congressional winner is Brad Schneider, the first Democrat to win the district since 1979. While early returns showed incumbent Robert Dold with a steady 4 point lead, Schneider surged late in the night.
Chicago Tonight spoke with Schneider after his victory speech. Paris Schutz began by asking Schneider whether he ever doubted he would win based on early returns.
