Get Fit at Free Outdoor Workouts in Chicago This Summer

Ditch the gym and take your fitness routine outside this summer with free classes at Millennium Park, Navy Pier and Gallagher Way. With morning and evening classes, there are plenty of opportunities to get in shape.
The free classes range from Pilates and Zumba to yoga and tai chi. There’s also a Tuesday evening social run and Orangetheory Fitness classes (both at Gallagher Way in Lakeview).
Bonus: The November Project, a free fitness group, hosts sessions at 6 a.m. Fridays at Cloud Gate (aka the Bean) in Millennium Park and at 6:18 a.m. Wednesdays at rotating locations. Check the group’s Facebook page for details.
