Critics Say CPS Budget Promotes Inequality Across District

Brand new science labs, more social workers and more pre-kindergarten seats are some of the highlights that Chicago Public Schools is touting in its new budget passed Wednesday.

But critics say despite the budget being bigger than in previous years, it still promotes inequality across the district.
