Mayor Rahm Emanuel's new speed cameras could make the city a fast buck. The city debuted its new automated camera system on Monday, with cameras now operational in four neighborhood parks. An additional eight locations will catch speed demons on film next month. The city will select a total of 50 locations by the end of the year. After a 30-day grace period, motorists could be fined up to $100 if caught. View a map of the speed camera locations below. The red dots represent the operational cameras, and the blue dots are the locations that will be added soon.
