National Public Housing Museum
“Nathaniel Mary Quinn: A Love Letter to My Mother” features 10 artworks by Chicago-born artist Nathaniel Mary Quinn, along with a recreation of his childhood living room from the Robert Taylor Homes public housing project.
Founded by residents, it is the first cultural institution to interpret the American experience via public housing, and it’s housed in the last surviving building of the Jane Addams Homes built in 1937 on Chicago’s Near West Side.
