The Chicago Police Department on Wednesday re-published a crime bulletin and video showing a person of interest who is being sought in connection with the teenager’s killing. Thursday marks one year since the fatal shooting.

The department first published the video last July, but the person of interest has not yet been identified or arrested.

According to police, Ivy was in the 2200 block of West Adams Street at around 4 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2022 when he was shot in the abdomen. The shooting occurred just blocks away from Dett Elementary and Chicago Bulls College Prep.
