After much fanfare, Saturday night's Great Chicago Fire Festival looked to set downtown ablaze as 30,000 people lined the Chicago River to watch the inaugural event. Except, the great spectacle everyone was waiting for never really happened. Electrical problems and soggy weather dampened the night's festivities and left many Chicagoans disappointed. Today, top aldermen are calling it a fiasco and demanding that taxpayers get their money back. What went wrong and why such a harsh reaction? Paris Schutz has the latest.
