Tickets to the highly anticipated Obama Presidential Center, which opens June 19, will go on sale to the general public May 6, the Obama Foundation has announced.

Founding Members will have earlier access on April 21. The first round of tickets sales includes dates between June 19 and November 30.

Illinois residents will pay a discounted $26 for adults and $15 for children ages 3 to 11; kids under three are free. Tuesdays will be free for Illinois residents, but tickets need to be reserved in advance. The rest of the public will pay $30 for adults and $23 for children 3-11 years old.

Museum entry is timed-ticketed and provides guests access to:

— a full-scale replica of President Barack Obama’s Oval Office.

— exhibits featuring the achievements of the Obama administration, as well as challenges that remain.

— an exhibit of former First Lady Michelle Obama’s fashion.

While admission is charged for museum entry, the center’s broader campus is open to the public for free: gardens, walking trails, a playground, art installations, a Chicago Public Library branch and a Sky Room atop the center’s tower.
