April 1 Self-Imposed Deadline for Wrigley Field Talks

Cubs Chairman Tom Ricketts set April 1 as a deadline for working out a deal on Wrigley Field negotiations. We hear from rooftop owners and Lakeview residents on what could be holding up a deal on Chicago Tonight at 7:00 pm.
