Danny Solis’ bribery charge was delayed to April 2025 as federal prosecutors commended Solis during a Thursday court hearing for cooperating in an agreement leading to criminal charges against Ald. In state politics, Gov. J. B. Pritzker signs a $46.5 billion Illinois budget while millions flow into the gubernatorial campaign coffers of Pritzker, Aurora mayor Richard Irvin and state Sen. Darren Bailey.
