President Donald Trump promises to send the military to Chicago to quell violence and back up federal immigration enforcement agents.

Local leaders including Gov. JB. Pritzker push back as the Trump administration readies National Guard troops to deploy to Chicago.

Pritzker tells reporters, “We’re going to immediately go to court if National Guard or other military troops are deployed to the city of Chicago — immediately go to court.”
