Winners of the prestigious James Beard Foundation Awards were announced last week and Chicago’s chefs and restaurants earned four honors. Two of the winners, Next’s Dave Beran and Jimmy Bannos Jr., from The Purple Pig join us to discuss the culinary scene in the city.
