If you're a frequent visitor to the Loop, you may have seen Vincent Falk. He wears flashy suits and does his own brand of performance art for tour boats. He is now the subject of a documentary about his life -- Vincent: A Life In Color. Eddie Arruza gives us a sneak preview.
