Last week, Paris Schutz reported on a new model of car-sharing that may come to Chicago. It’s called “free-floating” car-sharing, and would allow people to rent a car parked on the street for a very short time, and then leave it parked on the street again.
It’s all facilitated by an app, and proponents say it will mean fewer cars on the streets. Viewers weigh in on the idea.
