Both veterans and Illinois residents can catch a deal at the Shedd Aquarium, which will offer free options for both this Veterans Day.
On Wednesday, veterans who display their military ID will receive access to all the museum's exhibits, including admission to the Caribbean Reef, Waters of the World, Amazon Rising, Wild Reef, Abbott Oceanarium and Polar Play Zone.
While general admission to the museum is $8, the cost to see additional exhibits can push the ticket price up to almost $36 for an adult.
Illinois residents also have a few free days left at the museum throughout November. Free general admission (and reduced prices to access additional exhibits) is available to residents on Veterans Day–Wednesday–with more free days set for Nov. 16, 17, 23 and 24.
