The newly redrawn 11th District now includes the Democratic-leaning areas of Aurora and Joliet. Current 11th District Rep. Adam Kinzinger has decided to run for relection in the 16th District. Judy Biggert, who has been representing the 13th District since 1999, is running to represent the newly redrawn 11th District. |
