Election Day 2006
Voting has closed in most of our viewing area, although problems have caused some polls to be kept open late. We'll have the latest on the voting snafus and voter turnout in a live report from the Board of Elections. Plus, we'll take a closer look at key races at the county, state and federal levels. Chicago Matters
The Chicago Public Schools is warning of a major financial crisis involving the teachers' pension fund. Officials say unless the state ups its contributions, students are the ones who'll pay. Eddie Arruza reports in our ongoing series Chicago Matters: Valuing Education.

Richard Nickel is best known for photographing and fighting for the work of architect Louis Sullivan. Now, just days after another Sullivan landmark is destroyed by fire, we'll look at a new book of Nickel's photos that shows he had much more than Sullivan in his viewfinder. Rich Cahan, author of Richard Nickel's Chicago, joins us in the studio.
