Voter turnout for Tuesday's March Primary Election has been low, and less than 9 percent of registered voters in Chicago have cast ballots as of 6:00 pm. Monday, October 22, marks the start of early voting for the November 6, 2012 general election. Any registered voter can cast a ballot in early voting through November 3, but they will have to present a government-issued photo I.D.
