An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer fatally shot a man in suburban Franklin Park Friday morning.

President Donald Trump says he’ll send the National Guard to Memphis — not Chicago — despite crime being at a 25-year low, according to Memphis police.

In Chicago, “Operation Midway Blitz” has resulted in hundreds of hotline calls to immigration rights groups, but the exact scale compared to previous recent raids is unclear.
