Chicago Shakespeare’s production of The Comedy of Errors began a summer tour of 18 Chicago parks on July 26. The summer program will run through August 25. A specially equipped truck will roll into parks across Chicago, a stage will unfold, and actors will perform a 75-minute family-friendly production of Shakespeare's popular comedy about mistaken identities. The play is adapted and directed by Jeff Award-winning director and choreographer David H. Bell.
We talk with Chicago Shakespeare Theater’s Executive Director Criss Henderson and actress Lanise Antoine Shelley on Chicago Tonight at 7:00 pm. View a map of scheduled locations for Chicago Shakespeare in the Parks and watch a montage of clips.
