Olympics Bid
The United States Olympic Committee met with Chicago business leader Pat Ryan and others today to polish Chicago's Olympic bid. A stadium large enough for opening and closing ceremonies remains Chicago's biggest problem. Elizabeth Brackett reports.

Young Filmmaker
One Chicago student went down to New Orleans with a camera - and came back with a cause. We'll be joined by filmmaker Evan Allen-Gennesse and see clips from his documentary "Standing on Common Ground ". Evan Allen-Gessesse's documentary will play at the Black Harvest International Festival of Film and Video at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago. Allen-Gessesse will also participate in a panel discussion at the festival on Sunday, August 13, 3 pm, entitled "How to Get a Movie Made."
