Illinois Secretary of State
The Illinois Secretary of State’s Office is responsible for issuing driver’s licenses, registering vehicles, maintaining the state’s organ donor registry and incorporating business entities. The secretary of state also serves as state archivist and state librarian and regulates Illinois’ investment industry.
