Hello, my name is Otis Davis. I’m a candidate for Alderman of the 15th Ward! I’ve lived in the 15th ward for a majority of my life; I know the needs of the community. My plan is to empower and uplift the communities of the 15th ward by bringing them together on one accord to create a means of; affordable housing, better mental health services for our youth, increased employment, and putting an end to community violence. I know the value of everyone working together to facilitate change. I’m asking my neighbors in the 15th ward to work with me to invoke that growth and change for all residents.
