Why are you running?
I’m running to fix Illinois’ pension crisis.
What does this office do well, and what needs fixing?
This office does a good job at ignoring the pension crisis, especially as the key factor in the fiscal challenges facing Illinois. This office needs to champion the charge to fix our pension issues. We need CPR - Constitutional Pension Reform.
What is the most pressing issue facing your constituents and how do you plan on addressing it?
High property taxes, high general taxes, high fees and costs, loss of population and businesses, broken public school system. I will address it through reforms - pension reform, property tax reform, consolidation of governmental units and agencies, education reform, etc.
What specific steps would you take to ensure your office is accessible and responsive to your constituents?
I’ll maintain a strong presence on all social media, and give access to all media, and I intend to be visible and present at all times reasonable.
