Cook County State's Attorney
The Cook County clerk administers elections for all suburban Cook County voters. The clerk is also responsible for maintaining and providing vital records, such as birth, marriage and death certificates. Additional duties include handling aspects of the real estate tax process; making available lobbyist registrations and statements of economic interest; and serving as clerk to the Cook County Board of Commissioners.
