Trim the Brass of the Chicago Police Department and save money.

I believe the Mayor needs to trim the Brass of the Chicago Police Department. If he wants to trim 190 million dollars start with cutting in half the Police Brass. Way to many bosses of units with only 1 to 12 people. Mr Mayor do something about this waste of Money.
