Millennium Park’s Great Lawn at the Pritzker Pavilion is open again to guests, who are welcome to hang out with members of their inner circles — and the city means that literally.

The grass has been marked with paint to indicate where people can gather. Stick to the circles in order to enjoy the lawn at a safe social distance from others. Masks are also required.

Most other park attractions have reopened in recent weeks. Exceptions include the Crown Fountain’s water feature, the BP Bridge between Millennium Park and Maggie Daley Park, and the Pritzker Pavilion itself.

Because restrooms are still closed, a limited number of portable toilets and handwashing stations have been added at Chase Promenade North. Hand sanitizing stations have also been added at the Chase Promenades.

Millennium Park is open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
