Perhaps one of the most impatient sectors in the state’s reopening plan has been the restaurant industry.
And though some have been affected by weekend unrest, many still carried on with Chicago’s reopening plans Wednesday, including several high-end and casual restaurants in the River North neighborhood.
We get a taste of what some players in the industry experienced on the city’s first day in phase three.
