Former CPS CEO Barbara Byrd-Bennett pleads guilty to a contract kickback scheme. She faces years in prison but is cooperating with prosecutors. Former U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert admits financial fraud to avoid court revelations of improprieties. Gov. Bruce Rauner pushes the fast-track sale of the troubled Thompson Center. And Mayor Emanuel calls Chicago police "fetal." On Sunday the Chicago Bears are looking for three wins in a row as they face the Detroit Lions.
