Chicago has a unique role in the sobering story of the 18th and 21st amendments to the U.S. Constitution. We have a conversation with legendary filmmakers Ken Burns and Lynn Novick on Chicago Tonight at 7:00 pm, ahead of this Sunday's premiere of the highly anticipated film series: PROHIBITION.

The new miniseries about prohibition tells the story of the rise, rule, and fall of the 18th amendment to the Constitution and the entire era it encompassed. Beyond the oft-told tales of gangsters, rum runners, flappers, and speakeasies, epic filmmakers Burns and Novick tell the true story of America’s “Great Experiment.”
